Privacy policy

Vincent is an independent project operated by its developer. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to vincent@ultrawinning.com.

Data Vincent processes

Vincent processes account identifiers from Sign in with Apple and the health, fitness, nutrition, reflection, program, preference, and optional photo information you choose to record. The app may also process Apple Health measurements you explicitly authorize. Connector consent events and idempotency receipts record security and operational facts.

Why

The data is used to provide private tracking, synchronization, export/import, account support, and—only when you explicitly connect it—Claude access. Vincent does not sell data, use it for advertising, or train a shared AI model on it.

Storage and access

Live data is held in a private cloud account and restricted by row-level security. Photos use private account-prefixed object storage. Claude receives data only after your OAuth approval and explicit tool requests. The local capture worker processes queued notes for the app; it is not a background coaching agent.

Choice and control

You can use Vincent without Claude, revoke connector access, export a portable JSON file, and request or initiate account deletion. Account deletion removes the private Storage prefix before deleting the identity and its owned rows. A Storage failure pauses deletion so it can be retried without leaving a half-deleted account.

Retention and security

Account data remains until you delete it or request deletion, except minimal records required for security, law, or resolving an active incident. Operational logs are redacted and must not contain health payloads or credentials.

Children and changes

Vincent is not directed to children. Material policy changes receive a new policy version and, where appropriate, renewed consent.

Vincent is a tracking tool, not medical care.Terms · vincent@ultrawinning.com
