Vincent is an early-stage personal tracking product. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate account information, and protect access to your Apple and Claude accounts.

No medical care

Vincent records information and may help an AI discuss it. It is not a doctor, medical device, diagnosis service, emergency service, or substitute for professional advice. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Seek a qualified clinician for health decisions and urgent care for emergencies.

Your instructions and data

You control what you record and when a connected AI may write. Review proposed coaching context and programs before approval. You retain responsibility for exports you share outside Vincent.

Availability

TestFlight and connector features may change, pause, or fail during testing. Vincent provides visible fallback to standalone use and file export/import, but no uninterrupted-service guarantee.

Acceptable use

Do not probe other accounts, bypass limits or authorization, automate unapproved writes, upload unlawful material, or use Vincent to provide regulated care to others.
