First-time setup

Choose how you want to use Vincent.

Vincent works on its own. Claude adds an optional conversational coaching layer; it never installs or connects silently.

Timed program saves are temporarily unavailable. Reads, ordinary logs, coaching context, and Strength programs remain available. Timed saves will open after Vincent 1.40 device compatibility is verified.

Choose the option Claude shows you. Keep the downloaded ZIP zipped; install or upload the archive as-is. If you already unzipped it, use the original ZIP or download a fresh copy.

Message to give Claude

Help me set up Vincent from https://vincent.ultrawinning.com/setup. Help me choose the package option shown there and keep the downloaded ZIP intact. Guide me through adding https://vincent.ultrawinning.com/mcp as the Vincent connector, but I will review and approve Sign in with Apple access myself. Then run vincent_setup_status. Do not save coaching context or a program, and do not create a proposed-change import file, until you have shown me the full content and I explicitly approve it.

Connect Vincent

  1. Install or upload the Vincent ZIP in Claude, then add the connector URL shown above.
  2. Review the Vincent consent screen and complete Sign in with Apple yourself. Claude cannot approve access for you.
  3. Claude runs vincent_setup_status, asks only for missing coaching context, and shows a preview before any write.
  4. Every approved write returns a receipt and is read back for verification.
Trust check. vincent.ultrawinning.com is Vincent's setup and connector domain. Visiting this page installs nothing. When connection is available, you review the requested access and can revoke it later.
